Roller Shade Project for Revelation Realty in Chandler, Arizona

The slide show depicted shows a recent project we completed for Revelation Realty located in Chandler, Arizona. This job contained many different elements which included 3% black-black solar roller shades for many of the exterior windows, dual roller shades in the training room, and translucent designer roller shades for the office sidelight windows.

As you view the pictures, please notice the look of the training room shades.  These windows have a 5.5" dual bracket with a 6" silver fascia in front.  The rear blind is a room darkening roller shade which is black to the room but white the street.  These are hot West facing windows, and the white back will stay a bit cooler.  The front rollers are the same 3% black-black solar screen fabric.  This dual application provides the training room with darkness when needed and light filtering for other times.

Also, please kindly take note of the designer elements fabric chosen for the office sidelight.  The Cobble silver fabric compliments the office's wall color and flooring.  Overall, this was a beautiful project, with high-end design, in a very stunning building.

Solar Roller Shade Project for Smashburger at Tempe Marketplace

4/29/2017

This slideshow represents our recent efforts to transform the Smashburger at the Tempe Marketplace. This was an interesting project.  The windows had old roller shades left in place from the previous tenant, but due to electrical conduit and outlets, they elected not to cover the top portion of the glass. This left half of the restaurant unusable for the better part of the afternoon due to the unrelenting sun.

Our solution was to bring the blinds down about 4" from the ceiling which we leveled across for maximum coverage.  The difference was instantaneous.  Not only was our fabric a better color and included the latest and greatest sun control technology, but the restaurant now looks new again.  This was a fun transformation.

Of course, we would love to help you with your restaurant's roller shade project.  Also, be sure to check out our online roller shade calculator for a rough idea of what your project might cost.  Or, please use this contact form to describe your project with rough sizes, and we will gladly email you a rough estimate.

Solar Roller Shade Project for Red Robin at MetroCenter

This slideshow depicts a solar roller shade project for a Red Robin Restaurant in Peoria, Arizona at the MetroCenter.  These are very large windows which required large blinds.  Most required upgraded clutch systems and or a high-end spring assist mechanism.  We use a spring assist system on very heavy solar roller shades which acts to reduce the operator force required to raise large blinds.

As usual, the ambiance of the restaurant was greatly enhanced because the bright light, heat, and glare were made comfortable and beautiful.  Of course, we would love to help you with your restaurant's roller shade project.  Also, be sure to check out our online roller shade calculator for a rough idea of what your project might cost.  Or, please use this contact form to describe your project with rough sizes, and we will gladly email you a rough estimate.

Solar Roller Shade Project for Tokyo Joe's in Scottsdale Arizona

We just completed another solar roller shade project for Tokyo Joe's- this time located in Scottsdale, Arizona near the intersection of Scottsdale Rd and Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd.  These were floor to ceiling, solid glass, west facing windows, so these shades will make a huge difference in controlling the comfort of the restaurant.

Additionally, we noticed a significant glare factor coming through these windows.   Even when these windows were naturally shaded by the building they were far more comfortable with solar roller shades.  In fact, we could hear the employees commenting, during the installation process, what a big difference the shades were making- and it was early morning.  So, overall, a big win for Tokyo Joe's employees and customers.

Of course, we would love to help you with your restaurant's roller shade project.  Also, be sure to check out our online roller shade calculator for a rough idea of what your project might cost.  Or, please use this contact form to describe your project with rough sizes, and we will gladly email you a rough estimate.

Solar Roller Shade Project for Toyko Joe's

The slideshow above represents a recently completed solar roller shade project for Toyko Joe's in Avondale, Arizona.  The restaurant opted to cover the South facing windows, leaving the East facing windows uncovered resulting in a bright but glare free environment.  Without a doubt, the ambiance and "comfort" of this establishment were improved significantly.  I also noticed that their modern and trendy decor seemed to come alive with the shaded natural light.

The slideshow above represents a project we completed for a new Smashburger located in Phoenix at 44th St and Indian School.  Smashburger's restaurants always have a pleasant ambiance and this location was no exception.  The addition of roller shades only added to the pleasant atmosphere by controlling the glare of the Arizona sun while leaving a clear view to the outdoors.

Roller Shade Project for Cost Plus World Market in Chandler Arizona

The slideshow above shows a recently completed roller shade project for Cost Plus World Market near 54th St and Ray, in Chandler Arizona.  This was a challenging install as the tops of windows were over 13' from the floor and obstructions made getting close to the windows difficult.  Fortunately, we were able to borrow the use of a scissor lift with an extension slide and by reaching as far over as possible, we reached the window- just barely.

This slideshow depicts photos taken during installation of a new roller shade project for Noodles and Company in the Ahwatukee neighborhood of Phoenix, Arizona.  As usual, their restaurants are always nicely appointed and their roller shade selection is no exception.

Of note, the difference created by the roller shade covered portion of the window as compared to the uncovered glass is always remarkable.  Simply stated, roller shade fabric is amazing for controlling glare and making a space more pleasant.

The slideshow above depicts a recent roller shade project for a new Smashburger restaurant project near the at Baseline and Power in Mesa Arizona.  Frankly, the glare in this restaurant prior to the installation of the roller shades was significant.  But, after the roller shades were in place the comfort level of the restaurant soared while maintaining an open, light and airy feel.
